It would be interesting the gradual replacement of the gloves produced through the pulverization process (with the use of powder), by the Powder Free gloves (no powder).

During these gloves manufacturing the method is different. During the process, the gloves are put into many baths with chlorine, siliconization, polymeric coating, etc, reducing, then, the latex proteins content.

There is a market estimation, which says that 8% to 12% professionals, mainly the health care ones, have great chances to develop sensitization and even latex allergy.

We, from LEMGRUBER, are conscious of this problem and we already have in the market gloves with the most reduced latex protein content in the country, based on International Reports, and on the most rigorous worldwide indexes, as FDA, TUV and BSI.

The Protein content accepted as safe by the most developed centers as well by FDA, is 1200 µg/gram per glove. The LEMGRUBER gloves have indexes below 1000 µg/gram per glove, (the lowest index in Brazil) that means, below 100 µg/gram per glove.

These indexes are accepted for gloves pulverized with bio-absorbable powder.

The Powder Free gloves, due to the manufacturing process, have indexes of proteins and chemical wastes extremely low.
